The energy in eggs
I recently discovered the energy in eggs. I'm usually tired all the time, and have learned to live that way. I've always known the lack of energy is because of my chocoholism, bad diet and lack of exercise. Lately I started eating a banana at lunch which helps keep me sharp for the afternoon. This weekend I discovered the HUGE amount of energy in eggs. I ate two eggs for breakfast and was busy like a bee all day and night without feeling tired. I noticed there's a difference between regular eggs and Omega 3 eggs. The hens that lay Omega 3 eggs eat seeds that somehow contain fish oil. This makes the eggs have a slight fishy taste. Since I don't like seafood or fish products, I might have to throw out this batch of eggs and buy some regular ones.
